Vocal and Opera Summer Academy!!!

Auditions will be held at Andover High School’s Collins Center

The Vocal and Opera Summer Academy will be held from

August 7^th through August 15^th

at the Steven’s Estate in North Andover.

This summer’s opera addition will be an original work by Dr. Mark Volker – The Legend of Sleepy Hallow!!! We’ll also be learning highlights of Gilbert & Sullivan’s Pirates of Penzance!!! In addition there will be classes in Choral Music; Music Theory; Stage Direction; Performance Make-up; & Diction. There will be a performance at the Steven’s Estate on August 15^th. Students will be able to enjoy an hour of swimming fun during the camp day!!! So, please bring an appropriate bathing suit and towel. A snack is provided but all students are expected to bring a bag lunch. The price is $400.00.

Thursday and Friday rehearsal time will be from 9:00am – 3:00pm.

Saturday and Sunday will be off.

Monday thru Thursday will again be from 9:00am - 3:00pm.

Friday will be from 9:00am until after the 7:00pm performance.
