The Young Opera Company of New England (YOCNE) offers children, ages 8 to 18, in the Boston area the chance to sing and perform operas such as Mozart's Magic Flute and Menotti's Amahl and the Night Visitors. Our Young Opera Company, (YOC) also combines with our choral company, The Young Classical Singers, (YCS), to form the Young Opera Company of New England. This unique collaboration allows students the opportunity for an integrated musical experience. As they receive superior training in the genre of their choice, they are offered the versatility of a fine education unlike any other music program. Students have the privilege and honor to work with some of the finest musical professionals in the Boston area.
