The Young Opera Company of New England (YOCNE) offers students, ages 8 to 18, two musical genres: opera and choral. Our Young Opera Company, (YOC) (ages 10-18) and our choral company, The Young Classical Singers, (YCS), combine to form the Young Opera Company of New England. This unique collaboration allows students the opportunity for an integrated musical experience. As they receive superior training in the genre of their choice, they are offered the versatility of a fine education unlike any other music program. Students have the privilege and honor to work with some of the finest musical professionals in the Boston area.
